I've attempted to contact you on various sites already but I'll raise this issue here for the time being
Your project, "yagpdb-cc-ext" has been left untouched for over 2 years now.
In that time I've picked it up and have been maintaining it since.
Now there are limitations for reasons I'll explain below.
In the process of importing the extension to external sites, such as the OPEN-VSX registry I've realised that I cannot do so without a license.
And the lack of license in this project means that legally I cannot modify and publish this code without explicit permission from you.

Now I'm requesting one of 3 things here;

1. You continue to maintain it yourself, which I doubt you have the time, effort, or motivation for anymore
2. Add a license, mark as deprecated WITH a notice to my maintained fork and allow me to continue maintaining this
3. Give me express permission to continue the work and license how I choose
   Yes, there are other options that vary slightly but these result in the best outcomes
