Currently configuration file is picked up from "Start-in" directory. And back-up folders are also being created in "Start-in" directory. In order to have better flexibility let's use AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory so that "Start-in" folder won't matter.

Add some service that contains details about currently managed GameSave (SaveName, GameName, LocalPath, etc).

This service would receive the GameSave data when save is loaded, and release the data, when save is saved. All services that manage an active GameSave (ex. BackupManager) could inject and retrieve the data from this active game save manager.

Trade-off: can only have one save active on the given app instance at the same time.
