Sorry to hear about this odd issue. I'd double check and make sure all of your code settings for Cosm are up to date for the API. They also have some good example sketches you can play around with here, so that also may be worth checking out.
I would also recommend checking the new firmware available from Roving Networks. They now have version 4.0 available, which may fix the problem in itself.

Dear,
after upgrading to firmware 4.0 problems were solved, but this part of the code (WiFly.begin ();) is an infinite loop, and need to comment (/ / WiFly.begin ();) to give the program continuity.
I believe that with this new firmware, the module should now start automatically when energized.

Good to hear the firmware upgrade helped with that.
As far as the example code goes, it still needs a lot of work in general, but thank you for pointing that one out.
