Program jumpers are off grid - and silk position

Hey Josh,
I was just starting to design the testing hardware for this and notice a couple things.

Please move the program jumper headers to the .1 inch grid. This helps us when designing the test jig and also keeps a consistent aesthetic with our other boards.

Also, the silk labeling around these jumpers and the read/write jumper is a little unclear. (after you position the headers on grid) Please scoot the silk a little closer to it's respective header jumper. This way we will know for sure which one it is. When labeling a header, we usually try to keep the silk as close as possible to the header.

Thanks!

33MHz Clock Generator issue

The current clock generator is a DS1077LZ. However, this is a 66MHz clock. The clock requirements are 33MHz.

These are the options to resolve this:

  1. Attach the current clock generator to I2C and change the frequency during test via the test Jig. (Josh to provide sketch software)
  2. Switch to a dedicated 33MHZ clock: http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/CTS-Electronic-Components/636L3C033M00000/?qs=Mr%252bgrRYddfpGMfwMO0l4%252bA==
  3. Use the BBB PWM.

The problem with #2 is creating another custom part in Eagle. I'd rather not use #3 b/c the PWM signals have to travel through potentially 3 other cape's breakout signals.

My recommendation is #1.
