Sign in / out functionality is sometimes unavailable

Recently some users have been unable to view docs as the sign in / out buttons are unavailable.

Some users are able to resolve the issue by signing in to Google before viewing the docs site but this is not consistent.

There aren't always errors however we have seen some CSP errors in the console which may be related.

🔗 Provide deep links for individual docs

It would be nice to be able to share links to specific docs.

Would need to throw in a React router.
