2.3 Install Go

curate a walk through for a person's first time installing Go. Use code examples and screen shots for clarity. Go through a variety of install options including binary, brew, apt, apk, from source, etc.

2.4 Pick Your IDE

Explain to a first time user what an IDE is and what its purpose is. Explain popular choices for developing it go. Out line popular text-editor plugins. Create a walk through for installing and setting up vs code.

3.1 Intro to apis

Give an intro to what APIs are. Talk about different protocols. Give code examples and exercises. Use the standard lib and 3rd party lib to you preference

Intro part 2 Using the Command Line

write an intro to the Using the Command Line section. Explain why it is important for developer to feel comfortable using the command line and the benefits it will give in a career. Give a high-level introduction to what will be covered in the section

2.1 bash

Write the section about using bash commands in the terminal. Go through the outline in the markdown file. Add content for a variety of operating systems. Remember people using open source learning may not have access to purchase new development machines.

Intro Part 3 Write GO server

This section will be the new developers first project. Go over in high level what will be covered in this section and how it will benefit them in a future career.

Intro to Windows Terminal

I do not program on a windows machine. I am very infamiliar syntax for windows based terminals and/or powershell. This tutorial needs content for windows based programers in the following sections:

Content should include an explanation of basic topics, videos or images of process, and/or additional resources for practice.

3.2 Chat server Example project

Create a project requirement doc for user. explain what they need to create. Encourage them to create a project repo on their preferred git provider (github, gitlab, bitbucket, etc).

add an example project to the examples repo

2.2 Git

Create a section of the course to teach git to first time users. Add example, use cases, and execises
