We should push this to Supermarket. We've already made it available on Github. Might as well help people out.

The resources in this cookbook use new_resource.updated_by_last_action(true) after the resource converge has already occured. Instead the actual converge actions should be wrapped in converge_by. Not only does this give you proper convergence messaging, but it supports why-run. Why-run is on by default in Chef 13 so if someone runs why-run on this cookbook they're gonna have a bad time unless this change is made.
