Whether it be individual Budgie widgets or GTK themes, we should offer a feature that provides a glance of what those widgets in Budgie, or themes under Budgie, look like, via pictures and/or videos.

Work with various upstreams such as @cybre to ensure their items represent the best of their contributions.

Actionable Item:

• Improve the user experience for the fancy Get navigation Element (currently disabled) by using hover, as well as improving the previous toggling functionality.

In my opinion, the Get page would be more attractive if we showed off the icons for Arch Linux, Gecko Linux, Manjaro (Budgie) and Ubuntu Budgie next to their names. Helps them pop out a bit more.

Enabling a wanted widgets section on the site may provide an entry point for individuals interested in improving the Budgie widget ecosystem, out-of-tree, and expand our Showcase.

After last week's update the Workplace Switcher Applet acts strange. Grabbing an icon with the mouse and moving it to another workspace doesn't work anymore. Also, right clicking on an icon used to open a small menu, but now this menu only appears for a fraction of a second and then immediately disappears. Removing and adding the applet to the panel didn't help. Any suggestions?

I'm new to Budgie (but not to Linux) and landed on https://budgie-desktop.org/ from https://ubuntubudgie.org/about.

If this is a DE for "the modern user", then please add some screenshots or a landing page that makes me want to try it!

Good thing to remember - the paradox of choice. I'm going to stick with Ubuntu/Unity for now.

Just wondering why you picked hugo (as opposed to Jekyll, which is natively supported by GitHub)

Work with @ikeydoherty on About page content. Enables us to test blog styling as well and work out any issues.

Website doesn't have screenshots easily available which is kinda useful if you are looking at DE's.
