To do

• show loading when new page is clicked and fetching is happening in the background
• if a page has been fetched before -> read from redux and not send another api request.
• continuation of the previous note -> not to add same page again to the store
• overall the code is ugly. i am not satisfied. make it readable

I am not sure I'm loving the way I implemented the components rendered by Outlet.
I should think of some better way. I got this idea of Factory pattern but need to think over it again when I'm fresh in the morning.
Note to self: the [items, setItems] is a mistake and should be removed

Backend is working with older version of Jikan API.
Need to refactor
