DB using entity framework probably, just for now to store properties on servers (ie. enabled/disabled modules)

Allow configuring stuff like VC group/channel/role IDs per-server

tbh could probably just make the help command take a params string[] moduleName and join it together by a space

Maybe something like this

optional:
role persist (so we can kick people but they can join back with same roles)

so people keep roles if they leave/kicked and rejoin

so people automatically get a role whn joining

ie. add stuff like the DiscordClient instance to it
