• The application requires sending mails to the users.
• The mail sent should be having body with html to give UI to the mail letter.
• Add excel sheet to track the mailing.

The application will be developed as per FAR stack (Fastapi, Reactjs).

• Make an directory and initialise reactjs.
• Make home route with ui to work on the generating and sending certificate.
• With error handling and tracking the send/not send emails.

Note: The pull request will be valid only after both of the other issues are solved to avoid conflicts.

The current code is not well optimized. Work on optimising the code to increase the speed of the application response and increase efficiency of the application.
