virtual-intelligence's Issues

Suggestions to improve the README file

There are a few ways I think you can improve the README file in order to help your potential contributors.

Project name

What is the name of the project? Virtual-Intelligence or Smart Mind? In the description says Smart Mind, in all other places Virtual-Intelligence. This is somewhat misleading and I think you'd do good in picking just one name and using it consistently.

Project goals

Is this project meant to be used in production? Is it a learning experience? I think it's important to clearly state this, so potential users and/or contributors can adjust their expectations accordingly.

Contributing guidelines

It would be interesting to add a contributing.md file, to help potential contributors and answer some common questions:

  • Are there any special requirements to build the project?
  • How do I run the tests?
  • What is the branching policy?
  • Should I open an issue before submitting a Pull-Request?
  • etc, etc

Misc

I've noticed you used the 'dd/MM/yyyy' format when writing dates. Avoid doing that, or you run the risk of alienating readers from countries that use a different format, such as the US.

Either use an unambiguous format such as the ISO-8601 format (i.e. yyyy-MM-dd) or write the names of the months in full (or even abbreviated), like this:

  • December 13, 2017
  • Dec 13, 2017
