When toggling from .vue file to .vtpw.ts file, it makes sense to keep the existing .vue file tab open because it's the main file. However, it'd be useful to have a setting that would automatically make the .vtpw.ts file tab be closed when moving back to the .vue file tab.

Maybe something like vtpw.automaticallyCloseShadowFileTabOnToggleBackToVue?

First off, I want to say: I love this extension. I was wasting so much time with the performance issues within vetur lately, and using this extension has helped a TON.

I wanted to point out that there is a little typo within the Usage section of the readme:

the hotkey says ctrl+a+, when it should be ctrl+alt+,

The extension comments the <style> section using /* .. */
but if the style sction contains any commented styles it will break the file

I suggest the style sctions get commented using //
