There is a bug with the maven build when using java, with annotation that are generating classes, and scala in the same project.

We have to generate the classes from the truffle-dsl before compiling the scala sources and we have to compile the scala sources before compiling the java part. The point is that the classes are generated during the java compilation, which result in a dependency problem.

For the moment, we use the script "package.sh" which package the source code multiple times and use sed to remove problematic part of the compilation and reinsert them when the annoted source (class generated from the truffe dsl) are available.
