What license is Snes9x using ? According to Wikipedia its MIT-like license with no commercial usage clause and GPL. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snes9x

S9x has a custom license with a strict non-commercial usage clause. A few parts are also available as GPL, such as BearOso's GTK GUI and parts of the jma code.
