The msgid of the DNS request sent by installing mobileconfig is all 0, which causes formaterr to appear easily when the concurrency is high. Is there any configuration to set the msgid to be randomly generated?

Is it possible to use multiple servers in the conditional configuration?
I want to use my internal DoT resolver when connected to a specific SSID and an external DoH resolver in other networks.

I tried adding two payloads (with inversed conditions) but unfortunately that does not work.
