Coming up with a list of English words is not exactly an unsolved problem. What's the point of using your emails messages instead of, say, a dictionary? The English language is not some undocumented mystery that people improvise on the spot. Connecting to your emails just opens up new attack vectors and I fail to see what it adds to any existing word list in the first place.

Diceware (to name only one such list) is a well-known, offline method that has been around for a while, and just seems (at first glance, sorry if I missed anything) superior to your approach in every way.
