I have been able to install all required packages listed in the readme except: policykit-kde

I see on https://gitorious.org/policykit-kde that this package has been replaced by polkit-qt-1 and polkit-kde-1. I installed polkit-kde-1 in Synaptic, but when I search for polkit-qt-1 I only see libpolkit-qt-1-1 and libpolkit-qt-1-dev and both are installed.

The install works, and gstyle appears in my applications menu. When I click on it, gstyle briefly appears in the top bar and the mouse icon changes to the waiting state, then both disappear. I am assuming this is because of this missing package??

I am not sure if it matters, but I am running GNOME Classic desktop.

I have cloned the policykit-kde repo from gitorius, but am clueless how to build / install it on my system.

I am a Linux newbie / Tech oldie...
