Need Python API docs for how to use weld as a python library and as a beet plugin.

Also needs to generate python docs via sphinx apidoc.

A new category for pack making resources. This would be the location of all of the smithed tips and tricks we've collected over the years.

Including:

• A list of links to all known tooling such as misode's generators
• Articles about various tricks such as pack organization or how-tos
• Guides for maximizing compatibility outside our convention systems

This should serve as a great place for people to get started on contributing to the docs!

While most libraries have docs, we need to provide a "recipe" or list of examples that describe common use-cases. An exploration of this idea can be seen in the Vanilla Overrides docs!

Since Fabric and NeoForge have unify their tags, it would be a good idea to mention these in Smithed documents so datapackers can utilize these tags to get bonus mod compat out of the box with their datapacks. Perhaps a link to the modloader's data folders? Since over time, new tags could be added.
