I hate to put up our LS macro in such a public space but might as well attempt to have the issue looked at. HGather will detect /item "Hatchet" .

If you use a different macro that is more advanced though it will only detect the first line. In example our macro is
/item "Hatchet" <\stnpc> <wait 5>
/item "Hatchet" <\lastst> <wait 5>
/item "Hatchet" <\lastst> <wait 5>
/item "Hatchet" <\lastst> <wait 5>
/item "Hatchet" <\lastst> <wait 5>
/item "Hatchet" <\lastst> <wait 5>

When used in this fashion. Only the first line is detected by Hgather. The other 5 hits will not be detected. Remove \ . \ was added to allow message to be seen.

List will show gil amount for first item pickup, but doesn't add to the gil total past quantity of 1.

Is it possible to get an accurate gil total when item >1?

Also another suggestion would be a total gil amount for each item next to it on the list as well, including >1 quantities, but an overall total is fine if it isn't possible.
