ESI Fleet tracker doesn't seem to work, got 500 error after pasting fleet ESI link on one try, on another got to the page but didn't get any ships in page.

Trying to install this onto my server but when i run the python manage.py migrate

i tried this but no change

pip install requests

pip install lxml

and

pip install cssselec

the Localscan service renders a constant 'Server Error (500)' message now.

Only sporadic error message previous weeks.
