No idea. Clevo doesn't publish the internals and I'm unable to find anything related by reverse-engineering ECView.dll. They seemed to have fan mode selection in very old models but not since two years ago (check their windows driver/utility), and it's not in ECView.dll which is more than 10 years old.

The pain is, that their fans are really loud. I have here another laptop with a i7-3610QM and the fans are able to keep the cpu full boosted and are less noisy than the clevo ones :/
Also I doubt that there will be anything in their tools, I think it will be either some constants somewhere in the EC regs or EC firmware. I think prema mod has two different EC version for different fan settings, maybe I can figure out something from there.
