Run the tests with npm test.

For running specific tests only, use either of these:

• ./node_modules/.bin/grunt karma:once
• ./node_modules/.bin/grunt mocha_istanbul:test
• ./node_modules/.bin/grunt mocha_istanbul:testApp
• ./node_modules/.bin/grunt mocha_istanbul:testWithDB
