The examples here and the readme aren't very clear as to the value of this feature. It seems as though it's just an arbitrary pass-through method, in which case it might make sense to let users also define the text of the button.
Probably should pick one over the other. I tend to prefer tabs because IDEs can display them at any width.
Should be pretty straightforward as this is only a directive with limited scope. Some ideas could probably be gleaned from the ui-select2 directive: https://github.com/angular-ui/ui-select2
With unit testing, it would then be easy to set up Travis to automatically test all new commits and PRs on this github repo.
