Main Tasks Should Not Be Able To Connect To Other Main Tasks

The attached screenshot shows two Main Task nodes connected to each other, which they should NOT be able to do. Each one represents a main thread, so connecting them to each other doesn't make much sense.

While I'm here, these connections are also suspect. Main task to side take loop and also side task to side task.

Trying to Save A Sequence Without Adding .json Suffix to File Name Crashes the Editor

See title. Apparently, forgetting to add .json causes the editor to use an outdated file writer thing.
Replicate by trying to save a sequence without adding the .json suffix.
Should probably handle this by automatically adding the suffix AND removing the code path to the outdated code.
