Unzip/extract the Project Folder

If Python 3 is not already installed on your computer, follow this install guide https://realpython.com/installing-python/

Upgrade pip using terminal/command prompt

python -m pip install -U pip

py -m pip install -U pip

Using Terminal, navigate to project directory, install required libraries, and run project

cd *Path to unzipped project download location*/SE-Seeker/app
pip3 install -r requirements.txt
python3 run.py

cd *Path to unzipped project download location*/SE-Seeker/app
py -m pip install -r requirements.txt
py run.py

After running run.py wait until you see "Running on http://127.0.0.1:5000/", then open your Browser and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:5000/ or localhost:5000
