Business Requirements: User can sign-up with a username and password, login, and logout. User can add a new eyeglasses or contacts prescription. A prescription consists of the following values for EACH eye. Entries should be validated using the following criteria: SPH: Between -10.0 and +10.0 in increments of 0.25. CYL: Between -10.0 and -0.25 in increments of 0.25. AXIS: Between 0 and 180 in increments of 1. BC (contacts only): Between 7.0 and 9.0 in increments of 0.1. DIAM (contacts only): Between 13.0 and 15.0 in increments of 0.1. Note that CYL and AXIS will both be present or neither be present. That is, if you have have CYL, there will also be an AXIS. Note that BC and DIAM are only present for contact lens prescriptions. User can view the prescription(s) they've added. User can add multiple prescriptions.
