This function uses the stream to compute an absolute address. This is problematic for unit tests for instructions that don't have a full stream. It can be changed to the instruction address represented as a doubleword.

The behavior of the fopen library function is undefined if the mode argument is not equal to one of a given set of strings. This precondition can currently not be expressed. Request to add the option to specify this precondition, and to add the precondition to the fopen function.

In MIPS disassembly nonreturning calls as specified in system-info are not recognized
