homebridge-myhome's Issues

questions regarding your fork

Hi Simone,

I've noticed your work on this plugin and leveraged portion of your code to adapt Agenlo's one to my need/setup as well. Thanks!

I've noticed a lot of your work is focused also on EVE (which I dont have) integration with MyHome (that I'm using as well) - so wanted to ask you some questions:

  1. MHPowerMeter. Is this the BTicino one or an EVE accessory? I have a F521 (energy metering and load control) used also to measure consumption (I can get it display on my home touchscreens and in the official my home apps), but I cannot get it working with homebridge. The accessory is just ignored at homebridge startup. The address format shown in Angelo documentation is "0/6/3" while my device have a single digit address "2". Thoughts?

  2. MHAlarm. Is this the BTicino one? Is the code already functional/implemented? I could not understand the configuration parameters to be used in the config.js - I have a BTicino 3500 unit and wondering if it might work

  3. MHAux. Is the code already functional/implemented? I haven't tested it this one yet.

Thanks!

Question: sound diffusion

Hi. Thanks a lot for your work. Is there any way that the integration between Apple HomeKit and BTicino's sound diffusion system can be achieved with this plugin? What I'm looking for is like a kind of "fake HomePod" control where you can turn on/off a room, change volume and maybe change source (this last one might be the most difficult I think). It would be great if you could add this feature to the plugin, if possible. Thanks so much.

Info

fammi sapere.

Publish on npm ?

Hello,
First of all thank you for your work.
I installed your plugin at a friend's house but it is very difficult to navigate among all these myhome forks ... even for a developer ... but I think I found the right one!

Now that Homebridge has a nice interface for installing plugins, why not publish your fork on npm so you can install it directly?

Because currently there is a lot of confusion when looking for myhome and even more after the manual installation which indicates @ juliensantos87 and the npm link refers to "lockitron" ...

If @ juliensantos87 does not release the name homebridge-myhome on npm, you might as well create a new one: homebridge-myhome-own for example.

This will make life easier for many users!

Use F411/4 channel as momentary switch

Ciao,

Grazie in anticipo!
