When operated, the loader motor doesn't rotate. Needs some investigation.

When the board is mounted at the far-left extent, Q105 is resting against the disc-tray. Q105 could do with being mounted a little more to the right in the next revision of the PCB.

In the two players I've installed these boards in, both required the board to be shifted left a couple of millimetres when mounting - the start-stop switch should be moved 2mm up the board to 'centralize' the calibration a little better.

SW101 and SW102 are connected incorrectly the switch furthest from the connectors should be start/stop and the nearest should be tray-inside.

B530C diodes are totally over kill. Should be swapped for SS16s which are smaller, cheaper and better rated for the application.
