Hi @Bin-Ji,

The functionality to change mean and variance is not built into the code, as far as I know. However, the repository is not restricted to use Gaussian latents (base distributions). Our INNF+ 2020 paper on Studentising flows proposes to change the latent distribution to a multivariate t-distribution to improve statistical robustness, and this change of distribution is already implemented in the codebase – search for studentT. This should give you some pointers for how to modify the code to achieve your goal.
