Add english support

Actually we have only french text, it can be good to allow user to choose other language at the first page.

Manage scroll on page

Actually we can only see the top of the page, it could be great to detect scrolling and to send new scrollTop position to other device to be sync!

Multi-channel support

Actually an instance of API can manage only one group of device, it could be great to manage multiple group of device with only one API (to manage multiple client's setup in the same kiosk)
