I have some problem to run the script "Shoreline_detection_create_data.ipynb", regarding the "Import the data" section.
I created a training set downloading the images from the Water Research Laboratory (UNSW Syney) coastal imaging program, as suggested in the README file.
At this point, I need the UV coordinates to provide the edgeCoords to the function load_images(imagePaths,targetSize,edgeCoords).
As I understand the edgeCoords are extracted from the Matlab structure "allSitesShorelineDatabase.mat".
How was this Matlab structure created?
Particularly, how were the UV (pixel) coordinates computed? Have these values been extracted manually or through a specific tool?
I kindly ask for clarification on this point and if it is possible to provide the Matlab structure "allSitesShorelineDatabase.mat".
