Docker: Containerize xserver build/test environment
A few things xserver's containerization could help out with:
- Running/Testing in a predictable environment
- Ability to run tools that expect other params in place: https://blog.gopheracademy.com/advent-2016/some-tools-for-go-that-you-might-not-know-yet/
- Easier to setup across platforms.
DNS: Move domain records to a datastore
Currently domain records live in memory, it would be nice to store them in a datastore.
DHCP: Boot reply contains an unknown byte
While testing DHCP boot replies with ServeDHCP(), the responses received contain an unknown byte in the header. See below:

Add CI for the project
xserver: Enable rate limiting on requests
GCP free tier products are free by the number of requests https://cloud.google.com/free/docs/always-free-usage-limits it'd be nice to limit input requests to avoid spam and resource exhaustion.
