If first argument is required all others may be optional
If second argument is required then first argument must be required but all others may be optional.

Now:

Several arguments with the same position number can be defined. Behavior is undefined in this case.

Expected:

Application crashes the same way as with other configuration errors.

Add method WithErrorHandler to parser to allow adding custom error handlers.

Now:

Currently when configuration error is found the error message printed to console and application closes with exit code -1

Expected:

ArgumentException is thrown and application crashes.
