Write some description of QRSA (large picture + precise descriptions of each modules)

Write how to conduct simulations

Create your network definition file (.ned file)
Create your simulation configuration file (.ini file)
Run simulations in either Cmdenv or Qtenv
Read/analyze the outputted results (which is a cause of quantum tomography) and the Jsonlogger (which logs everything happening to the network)

I hope somebody used to QuISP elaborates (or fixes) this description and makes a pull request for the textbook.
