大佬，能加一个发送时间间隔功能吗？
适用场景：
大多数邮件厂商都有每日限制邮件发送300-500封。例如有1000封邮件需要发送，或者一次性发1000封，立马就被ban了。
如果加入时间间隔，如每1分钟发1封，或者每10分钟发1封，就能规避tos了吧
