Woofpaper 2 was a good read, but it would only open in Chrome for me and not in Acrobat DC, which is my default pdf app.

It give an error "Expected a dict object"

I've run it through five or six pdf validator tools and they all report that it is not a valid PDF.

I suspect Chrome is just being very tolerant of the errors, it usually is in cases like this. I often see this same issue in my work life when a client has printed a pdf through the quartz engine / preview on a mac. Not every time, but I've never nailed down exactly what the issue is because I just run it through Acrobat Distiller via Chrome and end up with a valid pdf to publish that way.

So if anyone is reporting they can't open it, this is probably related.

SHIB hodlr here,

IMHO - The Woof Paper contains so platitudes and use of flowery language that it degrade SHIB. In terms of marketing, there has been great work with the SHIB ecosystem and play-on-words. This comes through great on the website but the Woof Paper is a bit much to get through. I'm wondering if the SHIB team would be open to a revision on the Woof Paper that reduces some of the text that isn't necessary. I'd be happy to submit a revised draft, lmk!
