Complete code to receive and update the screen graph for amperage of each motor.

Currently serial device is hard coded in the serial module - add it to the config file so users can change it for different environments

Currently debug information is presented on the console via stderr. Alter so it can be saved to a log file for offline analysis. Logfile location/name to be placed in config file

Speedo updates to screen when received from raspi. Code is currently a todo

Code currently shows complied-against constants. Update so it retrieves the actual version of the runtime SDL libraries it is trying to use
