Sunshine Weather App shows weather data according to location using OpenWeatherMap API. This app was developed while pursuing 'Developing Android Apps' course on Udacity.

Features

-> Optimized for tablets.

-> Uses SQLite Database to store weather data, to avoid fetching data again and again, which saves battery.

-> Share weather forecast for a day.

-> Utilizes sync adapter to update database.

API Key required

This app requires OpenWeatherMap API key to fetch data from the server.

Get your API key by signing up on http://openweathermap.org, then paste it in gradle.properties file as the value of MyOpenWeatherMapApiKey inside the double quotes.
