Nodes store the last 10 notifications for each account

Clients can configure themselves to only connect to nodes they trust. They should have list where they can add private keys of trusted entities, client will only connect to nodes hosted by those trusted entites. Data that is not recieved by trusted entites should be marked unverified until it gets data from a trusted entity
