Since they refer to a file on a remote machine, they may or may not specify files in the same way the local machine does.

The cooldb example kept growing features for running integration tests and now its not very good as an example anymore, we should split the example and the integration test into 2 separate crates.

builder will allow setting:

• whether to connect over public or private ip (use private when a VPN is setup into the VPC)
  • setting to private ip will disable elastic ip logic
• the vpc_id, subnet_id and security_group_id

Default settings will allow usage with the only external configuration being an IAM user.

Creation of security group rules and deletion of resources can be done in parallel.

Aws init/cleanup is now parallelized.
I still need to investigate parallelizing ec2 startup.
