Incompatible with Flutter 3.11

The current Dart SDK version is 3.1.0-87.0.dev.

Because fennel depends on dynamic_config_generator >=0.0.2 which doesn't support null safety, version solving failed.

The lower bound of "sdk: '>=2.1.0 <3.0.0'" must be 2.12.0 or higher to enable null safety.

Cannot run on Windows

When trying to run on Windows, I get the following error:

'config_builder' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

My command is flutter packages pub run build_runner build --define 'dynamic_config_generator|config_builder=variant=stable'

My pubspec has dynamic_config_generator: ^0.3.2 under dev_dependencies.
