For real time interaction, UDP is preferred over TCP

A website needs to be built, that will be the home page of the app and interaction point on the computer.

The threads are left idle once they are started, that wastes resources. Threads need to be closed if idle (i.e no client is connected), and also they need to unsubscribe from sensor data if some other thread is not using them.

Calibrate the axis of the phone with that of the model, depending on the orientation of the user.

Read and send only the data requested

The app freezes and ultimately hangs during long runs and a lot of latency is seen in the visualization.

A Web Server needs to be added to the android app, to serve web pages.

Use FreeCAD instead of pythonOCC for application purpose
