FLoC Block does not always prevent access to document.interestCohort

FLoC Block inserts a script that deletes Document.prototype.interestCohort. This script is not guaranteed to run before a page's JavaScript executes, which can lead to cohort data being leaked.

It seems like the script-insertion method is fundamentally flawed. Other extensions, such as uBlock Origin and DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, perform interestCohort modifications before any JavaScript executes on the page. They also inject a Permissions-Policy: interest-cohort=() response header for further protection.
