Hi Steve,

This is an awesome dataset first of all, thanks for making it public!

When I parse the data, I found that some chords are not starting from the nearest 16th note. For example, a_smooth_one/c.xml 's 4th chord C has an offset 341/40, 5th C chord has an offset 393/40(loaded from music21 note.offset methood). It doesn't sound quantized when I load it to musescore also.

Is it designed like this or I should quantize it further? Also, would appreciate it if you would inform the source of data.
