Add image compression feature

Add image compression feature to optimize and compress the image. User can select compression percentage for the image and download it.

Fix drag and drop file upload feature

Drag and drop file upload feature isn't working. When you try to upload a file, it opens in a new tab. Fix this issue.

Will add a background image , will add some words to proceed the compression process , will add login and sign up option in header and will adda a button to to upload image and contact us section and some useful inks in the footer
