Join kids and families biking to school (and having fun!) on kid-safe streets and paths. You can hop on and off the bus by meeting the group anywhere along the route — no need to join us at the start or ride with us to the end. See below for background on the bike bus movement.
This bike bus ride is parent-organized and not affiliated with the city or BVSD.

When: Wednesday Oct. 4, 2024 - Initial meet-up at 7:55 AM, roll at 8:00 AM. See tabletable details to hop on/off at any point.

Who: Anyone who wants to ride, roll, scoot, or skate to school! Parents, teachers, kiddos, and fellow bikers/skaters/rollers are welcome.

What: We bike to school together in a big group on a safe route; most of us on bikes, but anyone on wheels is welcome (e.g. scooters, rollerskates, motorized mobility devices)!

• South Boulder Route

1. Meet at southeast corner of Dakota Ridge Park
2. Roll south to Four Mile Creek Path
3. Continue to Elmer's Two Mile Path via 13th St, Upland Ave and 26th St
4. Turn east onto Goose Creek Path
5. Mapleton Montessori group splits off at Goose Creek and 29th St Junction
6. Acorn School group continues east on Goose Creek and exits to Wilderness Place

4. Turn west on Goose Creek Path
5. Acorn School group exits to Wilderness Place
6. Mapleton Montessori families continues west to meet North Boulder group at Goose Creek and 29th St Junction
7. Combined Mapleton Montessori group rides the last 1/2 mile to school via 29th St
