[Feature Request] Option for convert .md to .html in references on file export about vscode-markdown-preview-enhanced HOT 2 OPEN

I dare to offer you my solution to this problem. It consists of introducing a small script into the resulting .html file, which will replace all .MD with .html
It works great for me. I am using plugin version 0.6.10 and have not tested on later ones

Here is the beginning in my .md file
