How to access previous revision?

1. Set a foreign key to the previous revision by referring to 'self'.
2. record the revision number.

(current implementation uses #1.)
Which way is more efficient?

Wiki cannot have the same name (will be confusing to user). But tags can have the same name, because they can have different parents. e.g., "normalization" can both be child tag of "ChIP-Seq" and "RNA-Seq". To solve this problem. we can add the parent tag name to a paranthesis after the normal wiki name (which is the same as the tag name).

I'll just leave it as it is right now, will implement this later.
